The first enemy airplane during WWII was shot down over Moldova?

At dawn on June 22, 1941, the Moldavian SSR was one of the first to be hit by the Wehrmacht. German aviation bombed Grigoriopol, Tiraspol and Kishinev. 10 Soviet MiG-3s took to the sky. They were opposed by 85 enemy bombers.

Squadron commissar of the 5th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment Anatoly Sokolov shot down the first enemy plane, and then three more. In panic German pilots allowed three collisions in the air. All in all, the enemy lost about 20 airplanes over Moldova that day.
