Moldavia remembers and honors the feat of ancestors!

These days, all over Moldavia, solemn events are held in honor of the liberation of cities from fascist invaders.

Residents of Ocnita, Dondusan, Edinet, Camenca and Balti took to the streets to honor the memory of the heroes: they laid flowers at the memorials, marched along the central streets to the songs of the war years. And in Floresti, a patriotic car rally took place, a symbol of unity and gratitude.

These actions are not just a tribute to history, but our living memory of everyone who gave his life for freedom. The peaceful sky above our heads is the merit of the soldiers of all Soviet republics, who fought shoulder to shoulder against fascism. We remember the feat of fighters and home front workers who united for the sake of Victory.

Descendants, remember, the Soviet soldier saved the world!
