Consent for the Art and Peace Competition: Minors

In accordance with Articles 23, 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, hereby freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, as a subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the User, give full, unconditional and unambiguous consent to the processing of personal data of my child.

  • surname, first name, patronymic, e-mail address (e-mail), telephone number, registration (residence) address, other similar information provided about myself by the User of the Website, according to which it is possible to identify the User as a subject of personal data;
  • surname, first name, patronymic, e-mail address (e-mail), telephone number, registration (residence) address, other similar information provided about myself by the User when filling in the application form for participation in the International Exhibition-Competition of the Patriotic Movement Victory 9/45 “IS
  • data that are automatically transmitted in the process of browsing and visiting the pages of the Site: IP-address, information/files of cookies, browser information, access time, address of the visited page, address of the previous page;
  • statistics on the User’s IP-addresses;
  • data that define the visitor of the Operator’s Site, in the order of the Operator’s use of the Yandex.Metric software;
  • automatically defined personal data of the Visitor of the Site, collected with the help of cookies. (Note: Cookie is a data file that is stored on the user’s computer after visiting the site). A cookie may store information about the User, such as: location data; IP address; information about actions on the site; services added for booking and so on.

The consent is given for the processing of personal data for the purposes of:

  • User’s participation in the International Exhibition-Competition of the Patriotic Movement Victory 9/45 “Art and Peace: The Great Victory of Life”;
  • organization and holding of the exhibition-competition, including examination and selection of works;
  • informational coverage of the competition and exhibition by publishing materials in the media, social networks, messengers and on the websites of the organizers (Operators);
  • possible placement of works at the final exhibition;
  • execution of agreements to provide access to the Site, its Content, etc.

 

The consent is given for processing of personal data in a mixed (automated and non-automated) way.

In the process of personal data processing, the Operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), extract, use, transfer (disseminate, provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete, destroy the User’s personal data in documentary and electronic form.

The Operator has the right to use the Yandex-Metrika software tool (service), the use of which functionality allows to identify the User (visitor) of the Operator’s website, generate information about his/her preferences and behavior on the Operator’s website.

 

By this Consent the User confirms that:

  • Familiarized and agrees that the transfer of the User’s personal data to third parties may be carried out by the Operator to the extent necessary for the User to gain access to the site (its content and/or its service).
  • Informed about the possibility of withdrawing consent on the basis of the provisions of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ “On Personal Data” by personal appeal or sending a written appeal (including in the form of an electronic document signed by a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature), addressed to the head of the Organization.
  • Consents to receive advertising and information materials by the Operator and is familiarized with the possibility and procedure of refusing to receive the materials.

The consent comes into force from the moment of its provision by the User to the Operator and can be withdrawn by the User by sending a written application in any form to the Operator and/or to the e-mail address iskusstvoimir@yandex.com or by any other way (delivery) that allows to unambiguously determine the fact of its receipt by the addressee (Operator).

The date and time of formation, confirmation and sending of the Operator’s Consent shall be deemed to be the moment of marking the corresponding “field” on the Website page (or clicking on the corresponding button) in the form of filling in the information and/or clicking on the button of sending the form on any page of the Website and/or its Service.

Also, analogous to the above actions is the User’s continued use of the Site Service, by which the User gives his/her consent to the Operator to provide, process, transfer (including cross-border) his/her personal and other data of the User.

The Consent is valid for an indefinite period of time until revoked by the User. The Consent terminates from the date specified in the User’s application for withdrawal of the Consent to process personal data, but not earlier than the date following the date of actual receipt by the Operator of the withdrawal of the Consent.
